[Resolved]  CPP Group India — Claim Settlement

I have registered an Claim for my phone VIVO Y30 on December 9th, 2020. As stated by the customer care i am supposed to take photographs of damaged phone and also complete the status within 14 days.
i have raised an query that since my phone is of liquid damage it is not possible to take photographs since phone is not getting switched on. They said it is ok if it is not possible. Then later i have given my phone to service center on 10th Dec 2020. Since there was unavailability of the parts i have requested them to extend the period for submission of proof. They said it is ok but i nned to provide an delay letter from the Authorized service center. Later once i have received the phone i have initiated the claim process.
While claim settlement, there was an form (NEFT Mandate form) which stated to get an stamp. Since my Account belongs to Hyderabad and now currently i am in Tamil Nadu i once again called them and they said its ok if we send only cancelled cheque. Though i have sent both Cancelled cheque and NEFT MANDATE form (without stamp). Now they have rejected my claim for same reason. If you want to reject the claim you would have said it before. Now i paid the money which is an cost of the whole phone.

This should be resolved ASAP.
