[Resolved] CPP Group India — I'm complaining about the delay in refund

Sir my membership number is IM1415757. I've registered my claim for my damage mobile phone on 12th of September and all documents you have received from me on 24th of September.. Whenever i called to your customer care team they always saying that your request is forwarded to concern department. Please wait for 3-4 working days how long I've to wait... Its really disappointing... Please do the needful ASAP

Updated by Sadiqueali19 After taking so many followups, , , customer care executives always said that i have to wait for 3-4 working days more. Earlier i called to their team they said me that upto this Friday ( i.e 16 nov. 2018) you will receive an update about your refund. And today when I have called to cpp customer care executive, he said there is still no update on your refund status. Please wait for 3-4 working days... How many times I've to hear this 3-4 working days. Application is locked on 12th of September 2018 and all related documents has received on 24th of September and today is 16th of November... What should I do, , how long I've to wait.
