So, on 28th September 2021, I went to the Samsung service center and they asked me whether the phone is under insurance or not. Answering to them I said yes and the process started from Samsung. Then I got the estimate of my fully damaged phone and they took my phone. A week later I got an email from CPP saying that we tried to contact you (Same reason for everyone everytime). So I contacted them on their toll free number[protected]. So I asked them what is my next step, so they said that I have to submit a cheque with my name print and a icici claim form. I asked them what is icici claim form and where will I get it, they told me that they will send me a link on my email of the claim form. I am calling CPP each and everyday and what I hear is "Sir, you please dont worry we will look into it and you ll get your phone back". I am fed up doing all this everyday. its been almost 2 months and i need serious help.
PS. i have submitted all documents they said more than 10 times on their email '[protected]@cppindia.com' except the claim form which they had to send me. I have my bill, IMEI, Pictures of phone and estimate letter.
