CPP Group India — Need claimed amount(policy no. IM6489239) | |||
I am Ritwik Karmakar mobile no. [protected] policy no. IM6489239.I submitted my claim on[protected] but due to covid 19 pandemic situation service centre delayed their work and return my phone on[protected] but that time they gave me a wrong bill again they provided the correct bill on[protected]. I already submitted my bill details on[protected] with wrong bill but I send all original bills( wrong and correct) and documents on[protected] through couriers.and service centre delayed letter also sent to [protected]@cppindia.com. Till now I am not getting my claimed amount what will I do. I talked to cpp India group's customer care centre many times at least they informed me that my claimed is rejected due to document submition delay.But where is my fault?I followed cpp India group's all instructions sincerely.mobile service centre delayed their work.I also informed them many times to do fast their work but they were showing delay reason as covid 19 pandemic situation. Now I am very upset by your service.Because you denied to give my claimed amount. Please help me to get my claimed amount in this pandemic situation. Thank You. Was this information helpful? | |||
