[Resolved] CPP Group India — no refund has been initiated and now call is also not getting connected it's more than 12 days | |
Cpp india have charged my account with ₹2499 for the plan and then i called them to cancel the plan. They said they have cancelled the plan but refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days. Now the days have passed and i have contacted them several times every time they say different reason for this and now the call is also not getting connected. My account have been charged. They also said that the amount will be charged once i will approve of the roi bank letter which was to be sent to me at my address, but till now i have not received any letter and the amount is also deducted without any concent. They clearly mentioned that amount will be charged once i will approve of it from the letter which has to be sent to me. But no letter have come till date. They also have not initiated refund of the amount and are not receiving call.
