I had registered my complaint on aug 17, 2018 and submitted all the documents along with mobile for full claim to cpp mentioned address on aug24, 2018.
As per contract i waited for 28 working days to receive my claim, which ended on oct05, 2018. I called cpp customer care many times, (Every the days) regarding status of my claim, but they always have one single reply - claim is under process.
As per them they have escalated my concern/complain many times but still no output. Every time i called them they'll reply to wait for another 3-4 days.
I'm fed up from this waiting. As per contract i had signed my waiting period is over. I have asked them to provide me a reason for delay and they have no clue regarding it.
I have mailed many times and haven't received a single reply regarding delay of my claim. It's getting frustrated. The only chance left is to proceed legally and file a fraud complaint.
It's the worst costumer service, i ever came across. It's my humble request to settle my claim asap, as even i don't want to go into legal proceedings. But with no option left i have to choose this way as i can't leave my hard earned money.
