[Resolved]  CPP Group India — Refund not credited even after more than 10 working days

I Pousali Samanta by crooked they activated CPP service which cancelled on the sane day.They told me regarding refund tat it will reflect by 7 working days.But after their stipulated time frame yet to recieve refund amount.
I want to know that why you are not crediting my account with refund.
As you are telling lie that you initiated refund please share transaction no.
