[Resolved] CPP Group India — Regarding the claim in Cpp | |||
To Respected person who’s in charge, This is Viswanatha Raju and i have a claim to get cleared its been many days but there is no response from your end i just got a mail saying its under progress and later after 2 months i have called to Cpp customer care and they told me that the cheque which i submitted which is canceled cheque and my Aadhar name doesn't mach saying its in short cut and i have to submit an affidavit, as am not in india it took me this long to submit and even due to lock down issues due to covid, now am sending the affidavit as well. I dint even get a mail regarding the affidavit. Please clear my claim asap. please do the helpful needed asap. [protected] is my number, i have got a call saying the claim has been rejected i even asked the concern person saying i dint even get a call or msg regarding the claim and how can they reject for silly reason where i even submitted the cheque of mine. please i need some justice regarding this issue.
