This is in reference to my insurance claim that was lodged in 26th september 2018. My membership id is im0824447
I just spoke to your advisor at cpp fonesafe and really shocked to see that you have rejected my claim because my mobile phone was damaged on 24/09/2018 around 23:30 hrs. And i reported the incident on 26/09/2018 around 10:00 am in the morning.
I mean like seriously you rejected a claim because i was late by 11 hrs to report the incident.
When i reported the incident, your advisor confirmed that there was no issue with reporting the incident that day. And now this is how you treat the a customer and handle a situation.
The reason why there was a delay was because the phone was totally damaged. I had all the documents and information on insurance on my phone. I had to arrange a spare phone restore all data and it took sometime because it was a working day and when i get free is the time when contact centre got closed. So i reported the incident next day 1st thing in the morning.
I have sent you the entirely damaged mobile phone with all accessories and the box plus all the required documents within the required time.
I would request you to please look into the matter and reconsider your decision on the claim.
