[Resolved]  CPP Group India — unauthorised renewal of subscription without my consent

Address:B-206,B- Wing , Boomerang, Chandivali Farm Road, 400076

I have been charged rs. 1649 without my consent for a card protection program on my credit card. The company has not taken any consent for the renewal of the subscription. I have not authorised the company for renewal of subscription through any mode of communication including mobile, email or physical letter.

Company claims that they had sent a letter to my address. But, i have not received any letter of such kind, as it was sent at my previous address.

According to the company, if the consumer do not respond to the letter, it is assumed that the consumer is subscribing for the services.

According to me, there are following issues:

1. Company should change their policy of re-subscribing without consent of consumers.
2. They to make full refund of the money as it was not authorised by me.

Can someone please update me on the status of the complaint please?
I DONOT have any details of CPP membership details. As i mentioned that i have not received any letter, Email or phone call from CPP regarding this.
