CraftsVilla.com — refund for the returned product is not received | |||
I ordered a saree on craftsvilla.com on may 11. My order was supposed to reach on/before 18 may. I received it on may 15. Since the payment was cash on delivery, I gave the cash to delivery boy. When I opened it, I found that the product was different from what I ordered. Fedex was the delivery partner. When I called customer care of craftsvilla, the teller told me that the parcel that I received was not sent by them. But the price was correct. I logged in to my craftsvilla account to see the status it showed that the product has been delivered. There was an option of initiating the return and refund. I chose that and filled all the relevant details along with my bank details. Then the delivery boy from Xpressbees came to collect the parcel on 17th May. He collected and told me that the product would be delivered to the seller and refund would be made via bank account. The product has been reached to the seller but the refund has not been made. When I called craftsvilla they keep saying the same that the product what i received was not from them. It has been nearly two months. Please help me resolve the issue. The saree that i ordered was a yellow one and what i received is a pink one. Was this information helpful? | |||
