Crazideal — non receipt of purchased goods

Purchased online mobile phone at online merchant site "www.crazideal.com"on 28th july 2020 by payment (Rs11, 999) through phonepe transaction id p200728134054661774277. Called the helpline number ([protected]) for confirmation of the purchase and was assured confirmed delivery by 3rd august 2020. Received email confirmation on 29th july that the product is ready for shipping. Received another mail on 30th from merchant site that the product has been shipped. But when the product didnt reach by the said date i again started calling on the above helpline number where i could not talk to any representative even after multiple attempts and the calls were disconnected from the other side after broadcasting the message that all representatives are busy and my phone number has been noted and shall be given a call back shortly. When i searched for the website it is no longer available in domain and on putting the previous website address in search bar error code is being shown.
