I order redmi note 9pro max 17999 cost payment done but mobile not received
Payment are not received...

I have purchased mobile phone and made a payment of 9199 through phone pay on 29/07/2020 but crazideal hotline number is not responding from that date and not a further intimataion from the site.
Please help me...

Purchased online mobile phone at online www.crazideal.com on 23rd july 2020 by payment rs 11039.08 through phone pe. Order number is also cnfirmed and the order number is #15558 and also confirmed that the shipment was done and waiting in centralized hub and confirmed that the shipment will be delivered by august 3rd but still now i did not get my product. Called the helpline number ([protected]) for confirmation of the purchase and was assured confirmed delivery by 3rd august 2020. I ordered a mobile on 25th July as money was debited from phonepe when I asked for refund they sent a mail for same they will be issued . But they are not taking calls and their website not available....
