Initiated a payment of icici credit card via CRED on 14th April 2022. The transaction failed but amount got deducted from my account. Normally such failures get refunded in maximum 7 days, but somehow CRED has not yet refunded the amount, its already 22 days and counting. The customer care just keeps giving standard replies, with no tangible help. Expecting a refund in bank account or atleast credit to credit card account.
