I’ve placed an order with CRED on jan 3rd by mistake and i when i tried to cancel this stupid app doesnt have cancel so when i reached out to customer care raising an incident they told, refuse the order and it will be returned and amount will be refunded.. then when i refused the order .. by the time this stupid CRED have marked my issue is resolved .. and when I raised an issue again after refusing product. Now they are saying product is delivered successfully when it’s not delivered and i have proof from delivery partner as it was returned.. not CRED is saying it cant help me as i din inform them within 7days itseems. Why did they close my incident saying resolved on day 1? Now i din get my product and CRED has my money.. what an awesome way to scam money.. if we raise incidents theyre closing it without user issue resolved.. this is repeated..
