Hi, My name is Raj Kumar Tripathi.
I paid my Axis Bank credit card bill on 10th July'22 for Rs 3150 via Cred app.
The transaction failed for the first time and I got a whatsapp message from Cred stating the same but the same transaction was processed again automatically by cred and it was successful the second time.
In the process my account was debited with Rs 3150 twice and its been 2 days the amount is not yet refunded and I have got no response from the cred support team.
The reference id's for both the transactions (amount was debited twice but the payment was successful only once) are -
UPI/[protected]/P2M/cred.[protected]@axisb/CREDCLUB1
UPI/[protected]/P2M/cred.[protected]@axisb/CREDCLUB1
The transaction was processed again on the same order id - P6VR5RX1ZXZL
Please help me.
