[Resolved]  Cred — Amount deducted from bank but not credited receiver account... Money stuck on cred

My name Shamik Ghosh.
I am use cred from few days, my phone number :- [protected]
yesterday i sent money as education fee... First time i sent Rupees: 3, 000 (RJ556Z5LRDD5) order id: and second time Rupees: 7, 000 (order id: 4QZV99LZVJP9) ... Which is debit from my account but receiver not received the money...
Money still stuck by cred...
Please sent the full payment immediately otherwise if not possible refund my full money as soon as possible...
