Cred — Amount is deducted from SBI credit card transaction successful message shows but amount is not credited yet in landlord account.

I have done transaction using SBI credit card using cred app on 19 sep of amount rs .34000 amount is debited from credit card after 3 days Cred status updated transaction successful but money is not credited in landlord account yet. I also given application to bank given UTR number bank also checked details with given number but they told no money received. I submitted all documents to CRED but no action taken yet now they are not replying to my mail .
