[Resolved] Cred — Amount not credited to my account for a failed transaction

On july 12th i made a payment through CRED app and that transaction was failed but amount debited from my account upto now(12th august) the amount was not refunded to my account, its been one month and they are simply saying that the team is working on it and we will get back to you when there is an update, they are taking more than a month to solve a issue
