Cred App — Cred Payment confirmed but not reflected in my Credit card

On 30th Nov 2021 I have paid the credit card bill using Cred. It was successful but CRED has not deposited in credit card. Credit reward point is credited but amount is not credited. Why there is deviations and fraudulent.
