Dear Madam/Sirs,
This is to inform you that, CRED App yet not resolved my Credit Card Payment issues of 02 Payments (one is 24th Nov 22 & another is 15th Dec 2022, Total 16200.00). Since 24th Nov 2022 to till date the APP frequently told me the same answer that “it can take your bank upto 2 working days to start showing the payment in your card statement”. So please tell me, when 2 working days will complete from your CRED App end??? Please confirm & told me on this revert mail.
After successful Payments & confirmation of valid UTR Nos. yet the same amounts are not been credited to my Credit Card Account.
So please resolve my payment issue as quickly.
@Aside Axis Bank Credit Card concern person, please do needful against the Cred App payment issue & credit the same amount of Rs. 16200.00 on my Credit Card account as quickly and wave off my Debit Interest+GST & Late Payment Fee+GST of 2 months (i.e. Nov. 22 & Dec. 22).
Payment details through CRED APP screen shots & separately monthly Credit Card Statements are attached for your kind information & necessary action.
