I've taken a loan on CRED through their CRED cash option, and I pay every month manually before 2 days of my due date. When I did the same in month of July, though the money was debited and the app showed a notification saying my payment will be processed in a day or two, it took more than 2 weeks for the payment to process.
Meanwhile, my credit report of that month showed I was overdue for the loan taken from CRED and the Experian rating fell from Excellent to Good, same happened in the month of August and the rating fell to Bad.
This month, as usual I paid the money a day before and I was presented an option to foreclose the loan and pay 5 rupees less than the EMI, which I selected and paid, again it took 3 days to process the payment and now the app shows I'm overdue of 5 rupees.
When the app itself provided an option to foreclose and now it hasn't taken that into consideration, now this will again impact my credit score. From 800+ to below 650, and not sure how Low it will fall this month.
How do I make CRED responsible for this, their customer service just reply with a template and doesn't answer any questions.
Please guide on how I can hold them responsible for their mistakes and the harassment they caused and causing for the last 3 months. Was this information helpful? |
