Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is ALIGINTI KARUNAKAR, i am a customer of ICICI Credit card. I did one mobile recharge transaction with Rs.666 for +91-[protected]-JIO Number, at that time the transaction is Failure. (By third-party transfer Dreamplug Technologi, Bangalore) through Cred app on[protected], with serial number:[protected]. After a few days I made a call to ICICI customer care, I requested them to refund my money Rs.666, on 13th December, 2023 Rs.666 credited (Interim charges) back to my account. Again on 1st January, 2024 Rs.666 is deducted from my credit card. After that again I called customer care, to refund my money. Without a successful transaction, why are you again deducting my money from my credit card? So, Please consider my request and do the needful for me. If you do not solve this problem, I will make a complaint to the ICICI Bank Ombudsman Committee.
