Cred App — Repayment of loan failed

I took loan from cred cash of Rs 2500/- in July 2021. Which was suppose to Repay in August 2021. But when I tried repayment I got error. And i was not able to proceed with my payment. For this issue I wrote an email to cred. On which I got a reply from cred that they are working on it. I followed up multiple times with the Cred team but resolution. In November I got a call from cred team for due payment and then they offer me to pay Via IDFC app. Which I did immediately on 7 November 2021. But still loan account is open on my account. And due to which my cibil score has come down to 720pts. All the payment evidences have been shared with the team but yet no resolution
