Cred — Cred App Delay In Credit Card payment

I would like to inform you that I had made a payment towards my RBL Credit Card through CRED App with an Amount of Rs. 12774.35/- on 10 March 2022 with Order ID-YNGXV3Y1WLN
CRED informed me that your payment towards RBL Credit Card successful and it will reflect in your Credit Card payment within 72 hrs . But still my RBL Credit Card payment statement pending with an interest of Rs.1770/- I informed CRED team 2-3 times at there official chat section, but they are simply making accuses and tell me they are working on it and call me earliest by resolved issue. Today 14 MARCH 2022 CRED already 04 days late towards my payment and simply doing my mentally harassments . Please take an appropriate action against Cred App and mentally harassments claim Rs.19000/-.
