Cred — Cred Bill payment failed money deducted, Refund not given.

On 24.08.2022 I tried paying my credit card bill amount ₹70000. Payment Failed and money was deducted from my account. I contacted multiple times email, ticket raise [5563737], My issue is still not resolved. there was not any agent for chat or call. Still my Money Pending,

Please do help me here, I see there are similar issues added to this forum and it took 2 months to get the money back.
