Cred — Cred cash loan emi

I have paid to clear out the dues for march (cred cash )amount 4518 and 4966 rs through internet banking wich i do normally. But still the amount wich i paid already still showing payment processing and till now its not sorted out . And i am worried . Again the same amount wich i paid already is again autodebited on 2nd of april and status( payment done ) So wat will happen to the amount of money wich i paid by myself by internet banking . There is still no answer for this ? Its almost a weak . Look on 24 th i have already paid but from ur side its still not confimed . I have attached the starement . U can have a look its 24 th i have paid but still now i havent got any response from you about the payment . I wud like get the amount refund back to my bank account . Only big big words but no solution .
