Cred — CRED Cash money not received

I have made withdrawal of Rs.240000 from CRED CASH at 09:50 on 08/08/2023.

They show "Get money within 55 seconds" but after more than 50 hours (2 days) money not received in my account.

They have no customer care number where I can talk.
They closed my query status without my acknowledgement.

Also they send me email stating that CRED CASH withdrawal is successful and deposited in your bank account. But I have not received.

Please look into the matter.
