[Resolved]  Cred — Credit card bill amount deducted twice

Hi,
My name is Gurtaj.
I did Credit card bill payment on 9th June for amount 1, 49, 741 INR via cred app.
The transaction showed failed for first time but succeeded second time.
Amount was deducted 2 times from my account and its been 10 days, its not refunded.

Immediately after filing this request, CRED initiated the Refund for 1.5L.. Its shame on them that they have been holding the money in their account for 12 days. Thanks to this forum that my concern was addressed. This is such a scam, Please leave the money deducting hoping it would return itself.. and sometime forget too... Its not a good policy, I expected CRED customer care people should have called me and informed me that I would get back my money safely

I have paid my credit card bill on 1st September and my account is debited by Rs 4000 twice my bill due day is on 11th September but my amount is not refunded yet. Please clear my transtation.
