I have tried paying my credit card bill from cred app. Cred app has updated that payment has failed, however my account was debited and no refund initiated by cred even after 10days

Not getting any response from cred on this ticket and also not allowing me create new. No escalation available. Already mailed at the grievance mail id but no response. Getting automated bot responses only Was this information helpful? |
