My name is Jay Chheda. I have made cc payment on cred app on 30/06/2022 for my ICICI Bank savings account of rupees - 10030.68 order id QPQPD3Y5538.
Money got debited from my account but the payment failed is yet to be received in the CC statement. It has been 7 days since the transaction on CRED. I have tried multiple ways to contact support but failed.
Kindly help please.
