Cred — Credit card payment failed and money deducted from account

On 30th June I made a credit card payment of Rs 40451 through the cred app (upi) that got failed and money got debited from my account.

Cred support mentioned that the money will be credited within 2-3 days in my account however, I haven’t received it yet.

As per the cred app, I see they have initiated a refund on 1st July but no money received in the account.
