Ticket id : #3481082. My registered mobile number : [protected], Name : Mohamed Assan B. I was make a payment on 3rd April. till now my payment not credited to my credit card and interest charges also applied for my credit card due to non payment.. its not good for my credit health. i was given so many reminders to your team but till now there is no solution. very very disappointed.. its almost 17 days gone. if payment got failed means you should refund me within 7 working days right? why my payment still not credited in my account? very very worst support Was this information helpful? Apr 28, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved CRED resolved all my issues. Apr 21, 2022 Updated by assan Refund initiated from CRED and it will take around 7 working days its seems. Due to non payment on 3 APR interest and over due fees applied to my credit card. CRED will give this entire amount as per they mentioned in payment history page. There is no fault from my end if payment failed means they should refund my amount within 7 working days but the refund my actual amount on after 19 days. Your team should take responsibility about this issue.
