Cred — Credit card payment of Rs.5000/- done via cred but not credited to Axis Bank card _ Order Id: ZGWJ5VDYD5Q

I paid of Rs.5, 000.00 on 05.11.2022 via CRED which order id ZGWJ5VDYD5Q to Axis Bank Credit card ending with X1277, UTR number for the transaction is AXNFCN[protected], Payment was successful from Cred end, but which payment didn't reflect in my credit card statement, when I contact with cred App, no positive response their end, please check payment receipt and bank statement.
