[Resolved] Cred — Deducted Amount from account but still showing Overdue

I have a SBI autopay setup with the loan(CRED loan) EMI of 2353 for the august 2023. The amount got debited from my account and credited to CredClub1. in the early hours of August 5th 2023. Now still App showing as Overdue and getting messages as you will be marked as a defaulter in CIBIL because o[censored]npaid CRED cash EMI. There is no proper communication channel to get in contact to them. I request you to take necessary action on CRED services and expecting compensation for penalties and also affecting CIBIL score as well as refund or pay bill to the providers. Aug 7, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved There is no response from the customer services neither through call not mail. receiving auto generated mails as "all the support you need. just a few taps away. while we are no longer taking support requests sent over mail, immediate assistance is just a few taps away on the app. and asking to follow the app. Here is the mail ID CRED where we get mails and also there is a IVR call 7946352003 for taking conformation when the overdue amount will be paid and we need to answer orally. here is the Cred Transaction ID of Loan 27737f91-4bdc-4073-8fbd-7f4d4dcd53bd for references.
