I would like to inform you that I had made a Rent payment towards my SBI Credit Card through CRED App with an Amount of Rs. 114556/- on 11th March 2022 with Order ID-8LJ2V6NV5Z9 CRED showing me that your payment towards SBI Credit Card awaiting confirmation it will reflect in your Landlord's accounts within 24 hrs . But still the payment not yet received landlords account. I informed CRED team 6-7 times at there official email ([protected]@cred.club, but they are simply saying we regret the inconvenience caused. We really appreciate your patience and kind understanding is this matter. Your concern is already in discussion with our relevant team and will get back to you at the earliest possible along with an update. Please allow us some more time for the same. Today 17th MARCH 2022 CRED already 06 days late towards my rent payment and simply doing my mentally harassments . Please take an appropriate action against Cred App and mentally harassments claim Rs.50000/-.
