Cred — Education fees debited in credit card but amount not credited in account

On 04/06/2022 (4 June), by cred I transfer 6000 rupees education fees from credit card but amount not credited in bank account. Cred showing successful transaction but amount not credited till now . I complaint on cred support or cred complaint emails but only web reply by cred and not resolving my issue and not taking seriously. Please help me to resolve my complain and it's urgently requirement.My order id is J8X3G08V04Z AND UTR no is[protected].
