Cred — Electricity bill payment not reflecting

Address:B101 Edden Tower, Wakad

Electricity bill was paid on 24 aug through Cred
Of ra 6110 but now it's not showing anything and not reflecting on gpay and phone pay.. I have to again pay the same amount.. electricity has been cut down.. again...
