DATE: 22 July 2023 Issue: Credit Card (ending -4414) Payment Failed while paying via CRED APP. I have initiated the transaction of 3, 74, 944.31 for order id - 16LVPDNQVV4R In which the transaction failed and the amount needs to refund ASAP. Aug 1, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Cred Didn't respond to me on time, after submitting the consumer complaint, I submitted all the required documents and this is clearly irresponsible work from the CRED team and their response. I have finally credited my amount and I am happy with your approach to helping people like us Thank you INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS. Venkat.
