CRED payment to my Card was initiated on 24th August, 2022 for the amount ₹ 19, 204/-.
Twice the payment was failed and refund of ₹ 19, 204/- is pending.

Please note, payment was failed on 24th of August, i.e. more than a week as on today and yet im yet to get the refund!
Now the app is showing the refund will be reflected in my bank account on 8th September, 2022 which is about 15 days after the failed transaction...!
My due date for the payment toy card is 2nd September, 2022!
Will CRED team be responsible if my due date for the payment is crossed and if my CIBIL is affected??!!
Such a pathetic service and fooling people with their money!!
Kindly note all the people will not be able to arrange for some alternate source of fund to pay the bills on time.
If such transactions issues cannot be resolved in short time, then whats the point using CRED?!! Just throwing CRED coins which is of no use and playing with public money!!!
