It is regretted to submit that a refund process for an amount of Rs 101314/- was initiated by CRED on dtd[protected] as the transaction was failed and amount was debited from my saving acvount while paying credit card outstanding through CRED.
In the message received from CRED through Whatsapl it was intimated that amount will be refunded within 5 days.
As the refund was not granted i approached CRED support and a Ticket id 5661293 is registered wherein it was intimated that CRED will give uodate within 48 hours.
However no response from CRED is being received . The refund is not yet completed. I urgently require the amount for other work. The act of CRED in this case is really harrassing and also CRED may lose its reliability among users.
In view of the abive it is requested to refund the amount immeditaly under intimation to me. 15 days has already been passed from the date of initiating refund by cred. No update is being provided by the grievance and support club. Feeling harrased and helpless. The amount is urgently required.
At last it is requested to refund the amount within 24 hrs failing which I have no other way except to lodge a complain against cred at the appropriate level. Was this information helpful? |
