Cred — Harassment for my family, relatives, friend, clients etc

I have took credit Card & Personl loan from SBI Credit Card as well as CRED. After delayed in some payment SBI Credit Card recover agent called my family Senoir citizen member as Well as Friends relatives my client & threatning for payment recovery. Cred also doing same. In my family n friends most of the people having diabetic & BP. So they recieved threatened call from both SBI recovery Agent as Well as Cred Recovery Agent. My Aunt's health got worsen afte this calls. She is now facing Psychological treatment. Is there any solution . They recovery agent continuesly calling on relatives mobile, as well as neighbour, n friends family, client without interruption. It's just harrasment. When I suggest to wait for few days . Please guide or should I go for legal action or police complaint.
