Cred — Inconvenience with rent pay transaction in cred

I have made a transaction on 04 October 2023 for an amount of 30486 rupees by using my kotak bank credit card with the help of rent pay option availed in cred app. i have made transaction using UPI id [protected]@axl,
it showed transaction is success and amount debited full at first but amount not credited to beneficiary, and status of transaction shows processing in cred app, i have tried to contact the customer service from cred app. all i get in was a computer generated message saying that your transaction will be processed with in 24 hours. i have tried to write email to cred club. but it didn't solve, y problem, its been 7 days since i made that transaction. please help me in this matter
