I have made a payment of Rs. 10, 000 through CRED app on 25 Jul 2022 for an insurance policy. The amount is still not transferred to the insurance company. I have been highlighting this to the CRED team for the last 3 weeks, however every time I have received standard reply that their team is looking into it; but there is no resolution (Ticket no 5033797). I have been requesting to refund my amount, but there is no discussion on that. I am getting constant reminders from the insurance company for the payment. The due date was 31 Jul 2022.
