Dear CRED Support Team,
I recently made a payment through CRED for my credit card, and while the payment was debited from my account, the transaction ultimately failed on the CRED side. To my dismay, the refunded amount has been transferred to an unknown person's account.
I urgently request your assistance in resolving this issue. I need the refunded amount to be credited back to my account at the earliest. Additionally, please arrange for a callback on my registered number to discuss this matter further.
