I paid kotak credit card payment of 286000 by cred app on 13th night at 9:30, still it's showing processing and I sent mails to customer support they always write back to me we regret for inconvenience caused.and they don't respond after 8pm at all. How cred managed without proper support team and support contact number with such huge transactions. Card due date also crossed I think card issuer will charge huge financial charges, who has to bear that even if they return today. My compliant number: #5311662
