Cred — Loan closure issue

My name is Sameer Barua.

I took a loan from the CRED app. I am ready to close this loan, pending amounts. i tried to make a pending payment by CRED app. This shows an error. Said try with different methods.

The pending amount was INR 2, 74, 900 i tried alot to close this

I raised my first complaint on May 21st, 2022.

Then i received a call from the CRED team. They replied, "Same line, try again."

No further action was taken by them. Still my issue is active not able to close loan account

I checked my loan was INR 2, 74, 900 but it's changed to 2, 77, 286 Cred increased my loan amount.

They are not helping me and increasing my loan amount.

I raised so many social complaint in twitter but no ans from social team

In the end, I am suffering with this.

I realised this is mentally harrasment by CRED to me. I am so frustrated and demotivated. By seeing this. Harrasment

This complaint is my last hope.
