I have taken a Personal Loan from Cred App and foreclosed the Loan within 2.5 months by paying the amount in full. Cred App acknowledged the receipt of Foreclosure over mail on 01/09/2021 but till date they have not closed my loan on systems (Mail screenshot attached). They have been just giving assurances but they have not resolved the matter since over 6 months and even after exchanging over 150 mails in the same period.
Due to their negligence, my Bureau reports (Cibil, Crif, Experion etc) have been completely ruined, my scores have been hammered from over 800 levels to around 300 levels by them.
I have been severely harassed by the Cred Platform and had the worst experience ever till date.
They have even deducted one additional EMI as well which has not been refunded as well.
Request you to kindly intervene and help in resolving the above said issues.
