Cred — My 6000 rupees education fees debited in credit card but amount not credited in account

On 04/06/2022 (4 June), by cred app 6000 debited from credit card but amount not credited into account. I complaint in cred support or by email but they are not responding properly and auto reply only by web. it's was my urgently requirements. Please resolve it and cred not taking it seriously.
