Cred — Not getting REFUND after failed transaction for ELectricity bill payment. | |||
Tried to pay electricity bill (KSEBL) through CRED on 23 october 2022 . The amount of Rs. 1799 debited from my HDFC account. But the transaction failed in cred and is not showing under cred transactions. Contacted Cred grievance officer via email (as there is no customer support number), assigned ticket ID 6479778. Response from cred, Upon reviewing your account details we regret to tell you that your payment towards Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd. (KSEBL) of Rs.1, 799.00 on 23rd Oct '22 is still under processing status with order ID NZ911PQXRE2Z. Again contacted CRED support on 29 october 2022. Assigned another ticket ID 6543794. Amount 1799 date: 23 october 2022 Transaction REf no:[protected] Till now i didnt get a refung from CRED. its been around 2 weeks. but still no response. please look in to this matter.
